• Sound is medicine.

    A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where you simply lie back and receive the sounds. I use instruments such as singing bowls, drums, chimes and other sound tools to create a space where you can slow down, quiet the mind and just be. There’s usually no physical touch involved , you’re simply allowing the sound to wash over you.

    A sound massage is a beautiful way to support stress relief and relaxation.

    Each of our chakras has its own musical frequency. When we become out of alignment with these frequencies, it can show up as stress, tension or feeling out of balance.

    I like to think of a sound massage as tuning a piano. Just like a piano needs to be tuned to sound its best, our bodies can benefit from being brought back into harmony.

    During our initial session, we’ll explore the type of stress you’re experiencing and what you’re currently feeling in your body and life. From there, I create a personalized sound massage experience for you.

    You’ll lie down and relax while listening to the sounds, with singing bowls placed directly on your body so you can experience the vibrations physically.

    This is by far one of my favorite offerings. Music, vibration and deep relaxation, all coming together to help you feel more balanced and connected.
