• Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing where I channel "universal life energy" through my hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Energy flows through all living things, and when it’s balanced, it enhances overall health.

  • Reiki is your spiritual vitamin. Relieves stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, physical pain. Enhances peace, promotes relaxation, and mental clarity, among so many other things! It’s a gentle, non-invasive practice that complements other medical or therapeutic treatments.

  • We’ll check in and have a consultation about your physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns and tailor the session to your specific needs. You’ll lie fully clothed in a comfortable position with optional calming music or scents to help you relax. I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above your body, in specific positions related to energy centers or chakras. As I channel energy, you might feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a gentle vibration in certain areas of your body. Some people feel deeply relaxed or even fall asleep, while others may experience emotional releases or mental clarity.

    A typical Reiki session lasts between 30 minutes to an hour, but this can vary based on your needs. 

    Initially it’s recommended to have 3-4 consecutive treatments.

  • Reiki is not bound by physical space or time. It relies on intention and energy, which can flow across any distance. Many report feeling deeply relaxed and centered without being physically present.

    We will have an initial phone consultation about your physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns and tailor the session to your specific needs. I’ll ask for a photo and your name to connect with your energy. I will text you when I begin and ask you to lie down in a comfortable position in a quiet space and receive the energy as I enter a meditative state, visualizing and directing the energy to you. Reiki transcends time and space, so distance doesn’t affect its flow. I send healing energy through intention using sacred symbols. You may feel sensations, like warmth or tingling, or experience emotional shifts as the energy flows to you and can reach you wherever you are. I will close the session by grounding the energy and ensuring you’re energetically balanced. You’ll receive a text once the session is complete.

How Reiki came into my life…

My Reiki experience began in 2015 when I went to a church days after being diagnosed with cancer. As I passed by, I decided to go in and kneel in complete surrender to pray. After a couple of minutes in silence I felt a powerful energy in between my hands. So much that I had to separate them and felt a ball of energy in between. I looked around and saw no one else was there so I started playing with this energy like a kid. I could feel it in my head, across my body and tears started streaming from my eyes. I looked around again to see if anyone was there because I felt a loving presence. It was the most connected I’ve felt in my life. I would later discover this was Reiki and cancer was the vehicle. It rewired my perspective, I use it in my healing journey, and to this day practice daily. I became a Reiki Master to share this healing modality with others.
